1 1/2 Oz. Pisco (100% Peruvian special grape Liquor)
1 1/2 Oz. Lime Juice
4 Oz. Ginger Ale
Splash of Simple Syrup


Serve with ice in a rocks glass, and
garnish with a maraschino cherry.
