Ingredients
2 1/2 Oz. Pisco (100% Peruvian special grape Liquor) 2 Oz. Mango Pulp 1 Oz. Sugar or Simple Syrup 1 Teaspoon Egg White
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and serve in a rocks glass. Garnish with a dash of bitters and a slice of mango.
