Ingredients

3 Oz. Pisco (100% Peruvian special grape Liquor)
2 Oz. Fresh Passion Fruit Pulp
1 Oz. Sugar or Simple Syrup
1/3 Oz. of an Egg White
Crushed Ice


In a cocktail shaker mix Peruvian special grape Liquor
and sugar until diluted. Add ice
and passion fruit pulp and shake
vigorously. Add egg white and
shake again. Serve in a rocks
glass and garnish with a slice
of passion fruit or cherry.
