Hans Raj Ahuja is heading Echidna Wines, the first Australian wine company to set up base in India. Hans Raj has over a decade's extensive experience in the Indian wine industry.
Alok runs a wine consultancy firm, 'Gryphon Brands Inc.' He has an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and has over 25 years' work experience in the alcoholic beverages industry in India; including 13 years with the UB Group (1982 – 1995), 5 years with International Distillers India (now UDV India Ltd.) He was General Manager of the wine wing at IDI (1995 – 2000) when he re-launched CINZANO, an independent management consultancy firm with a focus on wine.
Puneet trained as an engineer at Warwick and Cambridge Universities before heading for E.I.T., New Zealand where he trained in the Arts of Viticulture and Oenology, and is now heading 'Dhall and Nash Fine Wines', his wine-exporting firm. Puneet has own forum "Ask Puneet" in indianwine.com and answers all the memebers postings.
Shagun organizes Wine Appreciation and Tasting events in Mumbai. She has studied 'Culinary Arts and Wine' at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, and taken a Post Graduate diploma in Hotel Management from Ecole Les Roches, Switzerland. She delights in wine-pairing.
