What would it take if I want to open a small WINE shop or even a WINE bar in Maharashtra other than Mumbai and Pune.I have no idea how to do so but just an interest to do something on my own and that too in a field which I like- Wines, Chocolates, Cakes and Cookies. Would it be possible to guide me.
