Wine is not a set of chemical compounds, is not a recipe for a drink like Coca Cola.
Wine comes by the vineyards cultivation , the grape harvest, the ability to make it, and then do grow up to become wine.
In wine there is the taste and smells of the earth and the grapes from which it comes and, above all, passion and expertise of those who produce it.

yes it is allowed in India because you are not going to sell the wine that you will make at home.

legally maybe it is not allowed but we make wines at home
