Nearly a decade in the works, Brushstroke, a collaboration between David Bouley and Yoshiki Tsuji, will open to the public on April 20.

David Bouley's Upstairs restaurant will close to make way for Bouley Studio, a catering operation that will have cooking classes and twice-weekly dinner service.
